    I am writing to introduce Anne Gonzaga.  I have been Anne’s supervisor in Student Accounts at Gonzaga since fall of 2011.  Anne is a self motivated worker, and is always diligent about finishing a task she starts.  Her organizational and leadership skills have also been a great asset to our department. If she finds a problem in a policy or process, she always seeks out a solution or improvement, whether it be a new filing system she develops, or a recommendation for change in policy, her perspective is always valued.

      
 Each year as students graduate and move on we have a great deal of turnover in employees.  I have relied on Anne over these last few years to train new workers, as well as assist in evaluating the efficiency and skills of our department.  Anne’s  leadership skills are innate, and I have been impressed many times by her ability to make a correction or recommendation to a fellow worker, with out making that person feel belittled or diminished.

    I strongly recommend Anne Gonzaga, she has been a great asset to my departemt and I’m sure will be an asset to wherever life takes her next.
